Preparing for Birth after previous trauma
If you’re expecting another baby after a previous difficult experience at any time including during pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal this is tailored support to plan your birth and postnatal experiences this time in a way that is trauma informed and focused on what matters to you.
Postnatal Doula Support
Practical support in your own home with baby care, feeding, sleep and household tasks.
Emotional support in person, by phone and text up to 24 hours a day.
Anxiety Support
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety because of a traumatic experience, birth or other life events or general stresses of being a new parent these sessions can help you gain confidence and feel more relaxed as a person and a parent.
Sleep Coaching
Support with sleep that recognises the whole person and family system involved. Supporting responsive parents to get more rest without compromising on what feels right to them.
Parenting Coach
Love being a parent and also feel the responsibility to get everything right is overwhelming? Targeted support to help you feel confident you’re doing a good job as a parent and help you relax and enjoy your children.
